DolanVDS
I am a junior in high school and have been working on a tractor for my FFA project. I have put a v2203 Kubota diesel into Farmall Super M. I also pit an m&w 9 speed in it out of a Farmall M. I also upgraded the hydraulic system to a 2 spool live system. I am still working on a lot of little things before paint comes, but I wanted to see what you guys thought of it. Feel free to ask questions.I am still working on a lot

fbh31118
That is quite the project you've got there. It's looking great! Be sure to post some video of it running when you can.
Matt Kirsch
I bet it's fast. The Kubota runs at 2800RPM. I know you can idle it back but it doesn't put out a lot of power at lower RPMs. With the 7MPH 4th gear, I'll bet it'll do 10 in the field easy. Nice raking tractor. The 9 speed put a a grat between 4 and 5 and is about 18 mph. 4th gear is right around

augercreek
A very nice job there young fellow! But please don't use pipe fittings in your hyd. system, they can break and are not rated for more than a few hundred pounds of pressure. I know from experience.
