The ride loops out of Waukon both days. We ride in Yellow River Forest one day. Hit 3 states on the ride. Should be a wonderful trip!

East on Hwy 18 out of Claremont wouldn't be much fun with a truck as you have no speed coming out of town. I'm not a big fan of tractor rides but that is the area to do one, beautiful country.

I was just about to the top of that nasty hill when the air to air hose from the cooler to the engine blew out. Got help from Wilbur Ford and got going after about an hour and a half. Had a good ride today, got to see some different country.

Saw your group go by the home farm this morning about 9 AM.  Seems to be a popular route anymore.

Crossing that bridge on an open station tractor would give me the heebee-jeebees.

But it would not be as scary as crossing a modern cement bridge without the side trusses.

I'm deathly afraid of heights and open station or not, I would have a serious pucker factor going on there.

Yes it is the Lansing bridge. It's the RedRock Threshers out of Pella.

It was the charge air on my pick up. Wasn't to clear on that!
