IHRunner
Listen. Not gonna lie. I saw a bunch of springfield XDM models as well. So imma risk it as soon as that auction comes around again. Plus a bass boat. Plus...I'm a child and those guns look super dope so I still want them lol
IHRunner
So of course. There is a temporary ammo shortage right now. And ive argued for this for quite sometime. But you need to consider collecting inexpensive guns in less common cartridges. Or just collecting multiple cartridges. In times like this. I will still be able to sport shoot because ammo that is less used is still available. I have the big three. 9x19. 40 short and weak. And 45 almost fast enough. Buttt. I also keep other guns on loadout ready for carry in case like now. Military and LEO and Idiots have shorted us on ammo. I have 25acp. 22tcm. 32acp. 9x18. 7.62x25. 38spl. 357 mag. 460 rowland. 10mm. 44special. 44mag. You can almost always find these anywhere. Most in inexpensive chamberings. Just something to consider in the future. You can pick up a makarov for 200$ at most gun shops and continue to 1. Defend yourself. 2 protect your home. And 3. Continue to sport shoot. Just some ramblings from a young guy.

Sledgehammer
I have kinda thought about a .327 federal. They aren’t common but always seemed intriguing. I think you can shoot some other stuff in it as well like maybe .32 S&W?

I kinda like to keep a certain amount of reloading supplies on hand. Been so bored lately I'm running low on either components or storage. Been reusing old ammo boxes and I'm even out of those now...... Rick

Dasnake
Been reloading for years also but never got into casting, getting my son interested, got a dillon for multi rounds, and a rockchucker for single rounds, lots of fun, one thing I found out the hard way was never drink when making rounds. Your pictures what is the pistol grip pump? And is that a marlin?, I think I asked that one before. What des tbop mean?

Shes my 69 marlin 336. One of my vintage ones that i cherish. TBOP is The BarnOwl Project. Pair of mated barn owls live in the grain bins on my hill. They mate there every year. Every year i set with the chicks and get them used to me. Basically the project is an ongoing analogy for my life. Its a reminder to try and bring joy and inspire people to do great things. Get out. Dasnake
Got a 500 with the long barrel and a short barrel, 18 i think. Great gun, I love shotguns, got one semi, its a 12g breda, semi shotgun is a hoot. Your marlin looks so clean, being a 69 is there a cutoff date with quality as the winchester pre 64 is, I like your barn owl family, how much land you on? Can you shoot in your back yard/40.

Rawleigh99
When I used to cast I would always Park the mold on top of the lead pot to warm it up.
