Bleedinred Posted August 4, 2019 Share Posted August 4, 2019 I have a BIL who backed his beater Chevy Pu and boat down the ramp, jumped out to dump the boat and didn't set the brake. By the time he got to the winch it somehow slipped out of park and the whole shebang submerged itself. When he went to pull it out it was still in the park slot and he couldn't move it out without going under and moving the selector. The pawl must have been worn on one side. I can't really figure that one out but then I have never been able to figure him out either. Best set the brake. Nice sign Runner, what did that cost you? And then got permission to compete on the state level and has taken home multiple wins. Accomplished long range competitive shooter. And manufactures her own lures. Caught 16-18 fish. Got rained on, my buddy snapped his rod in two (not on purpose). Lightning storms, high water, deep water, muddy water...We really had to work for it this year, but........
