looks decent behind the mismatched weights and monstrosity of a "cab"

'72 model, I believe.  Square flashers.

Did you have a bid on it that they sent you a text?

766’s are sweet tractors!

I wouldn’t worry about that cab, looks more like a partially enclosed 3 season canopy than a cab= easily removed !

No - have known auctioneer since 4-H days.  Was curious what it would bring.

Probably weren't very many with the Mack bulldog option.

In Western PA? That's cheap for that tractor here. I've heard money is tight at farm auctions.

Told my dad $7500 and he thought good buy - I just compare to the 1066 that was just shared on forum and how location plays a big part of price.

I missed a farm auction about a month ago that items were going cheap and thought maybe this 766 may go a lot less than the $7500 that it brought.

Neighbor has auction next weekend with 460 gas NF and curious to see what it brings.

In speaking with another local he said he has also heard money tight in a lot of these farms.

I haven' seen any 766 with that option but there is a 966 around here with the same feature.

My seven had the Mack dog.  A friend gave it to me as a gift.  It was actually pretty nice to line up on the planter marker.
