Did you work for IH or just an IH lover? You got some real cool stuff!! jerry Jerry I started working for our local IH dealer in 1963, at 15 years old, saw some of the first 706 and 806 tractors sold. Worked there 1 year and IH was eliminating dealers. This place went with Nuffield tractor and New Holland, so I went to the next closest IH dealer and worked there 15 years, then farmed several years, and still helping at the dealership part time. When we quit full time Hog Farming I went to work on the truck end, working for the local Navistar dealer, repairing trucks. When we were kids home on the farm father had IHC tractors, several Cockshutts and the occasional John Deere, as time went on and he replaced any of his tractors or farm equipment it was always replaced with IH Product. It has always given us good service, always had good local dealers. Whenever I've cut my finger, I always bleed red, so its only a natural. Oh and collecting tractors is like eating watermelon, you only keep the red and throw the other away. Carl
Ruby Red
Adding another grain hauler to the fleet, got this 1965 IHC 1500 from a farm auction in Saskatchewan, working hard to get her fit for the road

Tonyinca
Carl , Enjoy seeing your Red collection! You should do a working show at your farm ,You have nice unusual items . That 65 , Like Jerry Said ,looks ready for the crowds. I also spotted that Swather in above pic. looks ready for work . There use to be several custom operators that ran fleet of those in area. I really like the looks of 65-66-67 Binders. I happen to have two

Ruby Red
Put the 275 to work cutting the Mix Grain, little short in the straw this year from lack of rain, grain sample seems quite good

Tonyinca
Have not seen one of those running in ages. Even though there was couple of custom operators that ran the twelve foot head with the auger instead of draper in our area in the day. My neighbor converted one to cut black eye beans . He had vertical splitter sickles on each side of head and he set it up to cut four 38" rows at a time . Tony
