  1. Hey now, leave some tractors here for the rest of us
  2. Hi all, this is what I've been working on the last few weeks - last winter I picked up a 1947 Farmall B in an auction in Minnesota. Thought it was seized - turned out it had 2 stuck valves and a bent pushrod. She's running great now, so I'll probably start prettying it up this spring. Mower deck works and I'm looking forward to cutting grass in style this year! She's a great addition to the herd - which includes a 1940 Farmall H, 1943 McCormick WD6, 1953 McCormick W6, 1940 AC B, and 2 Ford 8N's (somewhere around 48-49). Next up for fixing is my Farmall M I picked up last fall- but it looks like a basket case, no spark plugs in the block for who knows how long so we'll see what sort of fun that is. Hopefully the block is ok.
  3. -24C here right now (-11.2F). The wind was blowing like crazy yesterday, at least that's calmed down. This is the worst stretch of the winter for the next few weeks.
  4. I have a cheap chinese setup - Jooan NVR that came with 4 wireless camera's. They work good long as you're not going more than about 200 feet from camera to NVR. I also added a couple of cheap wifi camera's from Wish for about $15 each, they work really well for the money, and support ONVIF so I was able to connect them to my NVR. I get about 30 days of 24x7 recording. Not bad considering I have <$300 total invested. Video quality is reasonable - biggest downside is no smarts for notifications from the NVR, but I can set it up with the cheap Wish cameras. Attaching sample images - the two outside ones are the cameras that came with it, the black and white indoor photo is from the cheap Wish. They all switch to black and white when it's low light.
