Tyler Fontes started following TD-9 International Dozer Info!!
-
Hello everyone, I recently got this TD-9 International Dozer. If anyone knows, what is the difference between a TD-9 international dozer motor and a W-9 international Tractor? Other than one is gas and diesel, I’m trying to see the difference in power and torque! And to see which motor is better over all. Does the TD-9 international dozer motor fit in the W-9 tractor if I were to swap motors? Also I’m not to familiar with the TD-9 dozer, I’ve notice one of the tracks is locked up and I’m also trying to get it running. How much does these dozers go for in price $$ running and not running? I’d like to know as much info on this dozer as possible to get my gears and thoughts turning!!

So will the 100amp alternator be okay to use on this tractor, even if I use the diagram as the setup? Even if the tractor doesn’t even use nowhere near 100 amps? I also don’t want to burn anything up, like the starter and such! I just don’t want to go buy another alternator when this one works -

Does anyone know how the wiring works on the 1956 international utility 300? I bought a 12 volt 1 wire alternator and I don’t know where to even start on the wiring! The old wires are wired all of the place! Does anyone have a diagram for the lights, alternator, battery and basically everything so I can follow the old wires!! The wires that run across the head goes to the square box here in the picture. I just don’t remember what’s it called…. -

I put a new side motor pump off a different motor that I had on the ranch. Is the same make and model. -

So before I rebuilt the motor, the hydraulic pump on the motor was capped with a plate. And the whole hydraulic system was plumed the way it is now but a lil different. Two of the hoses, oil supply and oil pressure hose was plumed towards the front pump in the front of the tractor, but nothing worked. So I found the original motor hydraulic pump manifold off a different motor, and put it back on this tractor, and just re-plumed the two hoses that went to the front pump, back into its own system. So the two hoses that went to the front pump, just re-plumed it to the original manifold. I know it’s a headache lol whats your thoughts? can I run two pumped into the system? Like if I put a T pipe and connect the front pump to the tractors hydraulic supply? what would be the problem? -

What if that’s the case, what do I do about the oil getting low when lifting the single acting rams? Do I add a lot more oil, so it’s full full to the cap?
