    You might try blocking or chaining the steering clutch lever back and filling the cavity full of diesel fuel and let it set then crank it up and drive it into a big tree worked for me

    I have a td9 92 dozer with winch that was took a part to put steering clutch in and transmission bearing in motor was running til pump got where fuel wouldn't go thru it would love to sell it I am in lower alabama
