I known it is April and many of you are not into sports. But here we go. Our small town team in central North Dakota had one heck of a year in girls and boys basketball. They play Division B so about 60 other teams .They are known as the Central McClean Cougars made up from towns as Turtle Lake- Mercer, McClusky and Underwood. They girls lost just one regular season game and came up on short end of the score in the State Championship game against Lamoure Litchvile,Marion to place second in the State Tournament with a 26 and 2 record. Not to be done the boys ended the season with a perfect 28-0 record and their first State Championship. The team they beat Our Redeemers Christian School from Minot in the championship only had 3 losses , 2 of them at the hands of the Cougars. I don't have anyone playing but went to school with the grandparent of some of the kids. How did your local team do this past season?

He is on a second after the little eagle falls in the mud and then near the end when the grown eagle flies from the horse he says the sun was in his eyes.

There is a guy from Coleharbor ND in a Bud commercial. He is a barley producer , he may only on for a few seconds. Don't know how many they have but what i saw there was an eagle flying in it. He lives 8-10 miles from me.

What is a Cummins JF-6C1? I am lucky enough to have a 1968 Hough with a 358 V6 cummins . It needs a head gasket as it is putting pressure in the radiator.

Where does the water end up at? West coast or gulf ?

Thanks Acem Looks like Triple R has the wheels for $35 and a dual shaft motor for $90, for me that looks like the way to go.

What are the options for a blower motor assembly. One of the fans on mine is coming apart ,the one on the other end is out of balance. A new fan from the electric shop is $130. May need both. I put a new motor in the 5488 couple of weeks ago for $160. The ones I see online look like there are two motors not the double shaft motor like I have. The dual motor are $260 -$350. Are the dual motor the way to go? Any other ideas?

Check out 4 Winds Auctions (Auction Time) City of Underwood ND has a 1066 hydro listed with 1300 and some hours. It was use with a 3 point snow blower. I have no idea if the hours are correct. Last bid I saw was $14100.

Does that 510 have a third valve? I bought a 1968 #60 hough August 1991 from I think it was Miller truck line Rugby ND . It has a factory third valve. So I made my own grapple fork which has been redone a couple of times before I got it right.

There are rods for stick welding hard surfacing. Is there wire for wire feed welders for hard surfacing? If so how far will a pound go? I want to hard surface the tips on the manure spreader . The new tips are 3/8 th wide. On a Meyers 2550 box spreader.

Sorry I haven't figured out how to do that yet. But it is a 1968 #60 , it also has a factory third valve and a V6 cummins 352. Hardest starting engine I have ever seen 85 degrees and it needs a shot of starting fluid for the first start of the day. It is just a back up now. Few years ago when using it to feed cows in winter it sat in an unheated barn routine was to plug in a 1000 watt tank heater when done with feeding then if -10 or colder a warm can of starting fluid and use the hair dyer to blow hot air into the intake for a couple of minutes.

A few years ago I had an 806 and later a 1066 that would not steer and ta not work properly when cold , some time 40 degrees was cold enough to make it act up. Both tractors had loaders on them so I just tied the bucket lever back and let the oil circulate (yes it squealed through the relief valve) for a few minutes. Fixed the problem by replacing the MCV pump and what ever else that went with it.

Never mind I was trying to take a piece off that didn't need to be taken off . Got it off and Dakota fluid power in Mandan ND repaired it for $850.

When the pto pump gave up on our 806 the hoses got plugged into one set of remotes coming and going to the 3 spool valve that runs the loader and the lever got tied back. the other remote is free for what ever it is needed for. When using the free remote it is some what slow so just shift the loader lever to neutral position. He only needs to go to the junkyard and find a 2 or 3 spool valve.

Need to fix the lift cylinder on the #60 hough. How does the center pin come out? I took the outside cover off expecting to find a threaded hole in the pin to turn a bolt in and pull the pin no such luck. Took the grease fitting out on the inside and stuck a small bolt in the hole but can not push it out by hand.
