Need helpful advise. International crawler tractor. 500E. About 1975 with torque converter and a winch on the back. Problem is when put into drive mode there is no drive. I can here a whirling sound when put into drive. Fluid is full. Ran great when parked 3 years ago. It sat so long because i was putting a new clutch pack in it. Any ideas on how to trouble shoot it.
