  1. I've searched this forum along with many others online and I cannot find this particular problem talked about anywhere, so if anyone has any insight it would be very much appreciated. My machine is an International 125C, here's the problem. When you pull the right steering lever, sometimes it works perfectly and sometimes it does nothing at all. When it works, it works exactly like it's supposed to. When it doesn't work it has no effect at all. For this reason, I have refrained from adjusting the brakes until I pick the brains of some more experience people on here. It seems to me, if it works fine when it works, the brake adjustment is ok. Maybe the steering control or steering cylinder sticking? Oh and it also never slips in drive, so the steering cylinders are getting pressure on the clutch side.
