Grew up on a small farm in Illinois. Live in the town I was born and raised. My family is blended, and between my wife and I we have 5 kids. Enjoy spending a lot of time with them. I've bent wrenches for about 25 years. Worked in heavy equipment all my life. Did a little time in a Case IH uniform as a tech in the early 2000's. Opened my own shop in 2002 and spent 13 years in it. Moved on and did some time running 2 shops for a large fleet company. Now I help some distant cousins on their farm, bend wrenches on the side and do a little bit of carpenter work. We run all old IH equipment on the farm, with a few "modern" tractors. As a hobby my wife and I spend a lot of time on our 1988 GL1500 (Goldwing) and I collect Cub Cadet garden tractors. Check out my newest contribution to the Cub Cadet community, a brand new Cub Cadet only forum. Link is in my profile.
As a note, I've been around IH equipment all my life. Read a lot of the books, and worked on a lot... A LOT, of IH equipment over the years. Hope to help out some here, and learn a thing or two.
