  1. So now I have checked the oil pressures and at the main port I have around 250 psi. The drive line when cold will not turn in second gear with the brakes locked. First and third the drive line will turn with the brakes locked. I think the clutches are worn out. Any advise?
  2. Hi again folks. I have a couple of questions I would like to try and get answered. The 125e that my dad has is giving a little bit of troublelately. 1st and 3rd gear will not pull. 2nd gear was pulling fine until the other day when the machine got to operating temp it was like you put it in neutral. When the oil is cold the machine will pull in 2nd gear only. I check the range selector valve and found no issues. I plan on checkingthe regulator and modulation valves also but looking for some insight from maybe someone who has experienced these issues. The other issue is the oil is being pumped from the transmission into the oil reservoir on the side of the machine occasionally. This is a erratic condition and doesn't happen all the time. The manual I have doesn'thave a hydraulic schematic in it so I am tring to track this issue down as well. Any information will be appreciated and used. Thanks 
  3. Well I removed and checked the selector valve but no luck. Now when the oil gets hot it will not even pull in second gear. I can feel it shifting into all three gears but it will not move. The clutch pressure gauge is showing pressure range in the green. Any other ideas?

  5. Thanks for the info. Louie: What service manual are you looking in. The one I have doesn't have the troubleshooting feature. It gives me all the breakdown pictures and how to install/remove items but it isn't that in-depth. Thanks
  6. I have a IH 125e crawler that will pull in second gear both forward and reverse but it will not pull in first or third in either direction. I suspect the the range selector vavle has a stuck spool or broken spring. Any suggestions on this issue? Thanks
