  4. 40 by 60 16 sidewalls 2inchs close cell foam on sidewalls 3inch at rafters and above new in 2018. Heated with 80,000 furnace cooled with 3.5 ton central a.c. keep it at 65 in winter and 75 in summer only time doors are open Is to move stuff in or out. It raised my electric bill 40 dollars a month in the summer and use less than 800gal l.p. in the winter. Were located central Illinois. Was in the shop all day if I didn't have a.c. would have seating in the house not working in the shop

  9. Hydraulic clutch packs are meant to be shifted hard and fast which is what electric does . If you ease it in it Will slip the clutch pack and shorten it's life.
  10. The engine is out of a 915 combine can tell by the hydro and pulley set up and radiator and oil cooler. The fuel filters are not an IH set up
  11. It's a replacement Lucas from Springfield Reman
  12. Steiner tractor Parts should have the kit you need
  13. The top cover on the speed transmission needs to be rebuilt or the linkage or both . There wasn't a lot of adjustment built in for wear.
  14. 86series top cover will fit on 06 ,56, and 66 series rear frame . If the 3point came up to far it breaks out the top cover so it probably got replaced

  17. Get yourself a set of angle wrenches great for hyd lines ,carberators, adjusting timing, and any place you can't in to turn a wrench. Harbor freight has a set 3/8 to 11/4 I got a set of standard and metric.
  18. Find a good used metal one there better than poly the poly has problem with static electricity holding shucks on the head and a good polished metal head will pick up down corn better in my opinion
  19. Steiner tractor has new ones for a 450 part #IHS3404
  20. Installed a400 horsepower 855 in a 4586 it ran for years without any problems. The hardest part was the hydraulic system had to get a gear reduction pump because engine auxiliary drive wasn't heavy enough to drive pump. Keep in mind that the differential and final drives are 1466and 966 parts. Added 11 inches in frame if I remember right used low mount turbo manifold. If you let the air out of front tires it makes it a lot easier to work on.
  21. The loader looks like a Freeman . We had a Freeman on a 504 and it looks just like that loader.
  22. Does the loader work right if you put the tractor valve on demand? Hydraulic system on a 300 is an open center so oil will go to less load . To get the system to work with it teed like it is plumbed you would need a flow divider in the system. The easiest way to plumb the loader valve is hook it up like a remote rear cylinder and wire the valve on when you use the loader.
  23. 400 PTO has its own oil supply there for probably the seal is bad on the front of the PTO
  24. That tractor was a cab tractor can tell by the cab wiring in front of shifter and side lights. You want to check the platform cab used a wider one. Also front weights didn't have angle hole.
  25. There is a difference between 06 and 56 series fenders both in mounting brackets and the sheet metal . The sheet metal on the 56 series has a reflector brackets on it 06 don't. The mounting brackets on the 06 series uses 3/4 ubolt and no side brackets to platform.
