  1. Update.... I MADE IT HOME ??????! My buddy is so happy to see me. He hasn't quit drooling since I got here. Finally was able to look at the scene of the incident. I had suspected the jacket I was wearing had a big part of causing my injuries... looks like I was right. Check condition of jeans vs jacket I was wearing. I still have a long road to full recovery, but feeling 1000% better here. The doctors and nurses at the hospital all commented at length in a near impossible rate of recovery I displayed through my stay with them. I have to believe this was on

  2. Not necessarily. Im around a bunch of cases that weren't any of those and were fine. Uncle had it October. No breathing issues just ached for 3 days. Final night said he sweated real bad, bad enough to take a shower to cool off. Went to bed, woke up the next morning and was fine. He'll be 70 in a few days. Uncle's wife had it too. She's not in the greatest health. Smoked for years, not a great diet. She has trouble with bronchitis in the winter it seems. She had it less than my uncle. Another one is the 80 some year old i know. He had a major stroke 3 years ago, broke his

  6. So yesterday we get the first plowable snow of the season here in Massachusetts. And I need to replace my plow pump motor on my Pickup. So six inches of heavy wet snow yesterday and cold temps last night made some nice crap to deal with this am Snowblower just wanted to go up on top of it so. I fired up Scapper the 53 SM to scrape down the driveway. Then took the 100$ beater sled for a bomb around the field a few times

Enbridge is unfortunately a marked company because of the whole Talmedge Creek oil spill at the end of July 2010. Funny thing is im from that area. The break in the line happened 17 miles west of my house. We actually made good money selling straw during that cleanup. A lot of guys that had dump trucks or excavating made a killing. Was it bad that it happened? Yes, definitely. But i can tell you that the Kalamazoo river which is what Talmad

  10. I wish I had a few more pictures of that pickup- I realize my write up might have made it sound worse than it was but the swap really wasn't very complicated. I just wasn’t impressed with the power of the 12v and I didn’t want to throw much more fuel at it without an intercooler. There were a couple intercoolers made that would fit the gmt400 or you could swap an entire Dodge cooling stack over without a terrible amount of modification.

  18. How much more power are you willing to give the government? Personally they have far more than I’m comfortable with now. They have far more then our laws and more importantly our Constitution allows, their just not telling you. If you give them more power, like what you’re suggesting, that power WILL be corrupted by these agencies to the point they get to decide when it’s “their duty” to step in and start taking property! Believe me, it will happen if we aren’t careful in what we as a nation are willing to tolerate. I understand your point, but me personally, I feel that’s a fa

Let them be there if they want to slide up under trailer and kill themself so be it. It wasn't my fault they didn't know better. Maybe I'm getting just getting more cold hearted as I get older.

  27. Loader started to take its toll on the factory tie rod ends so today was upgrade time. New greasable ends (much heavier duty) from McMaster Carr. Had to relocate one grease zerk because it would have hit the axle on a hard turn. Reset toe and greased everything up (including axle and spindles). Now back to loader work without worrying about steering!

  28. I have been very dissappointed in Fox news other than the 8 to 11 pm slots...................What happened there? You don't have to be a rocket scientist to see, that the chances of fraud having happened are sure way greater than it not have...............Too many people are coming forward, the matter needs a hard look, and everyone just shrugs their shoulders.............About like Covid, I don't understand it. If things keep going like this, voting will be just and exercise, which does nothing in the end.

  32. Wife put ours up last night. The barn and corrals were handmade by a neighbor when our boys were little. When they got older she set it up in a corner of Oakwood assisted living. The residents and their grandkids really enjoyed it. About five years ago it disappeared. Wife put up an ad on local swap and shop this year and the people who wound up with it (innocently) brought it back to her. Makes for a special Christmas to have it back!

Caddies are super old he says? I got shoes older. Lol Wife is into watching these types of videos. Its kinda cool but bothers me too. SOMEBODY somwhere owns that and the video maker is trespassing. I get that folks making these videos are not vandalizing or stealing but still.

  35. Those have awesome traction. The neighbors have a county4 tractor I think it is. Left side rear drives the left front, right rear drives the right front. Hit posi traction and it's all 4 locked. Turning radius is twice as bad as the early 1066 with the MFD added

  36. Back in the 70's, me and a friend drove up to a fire lookout in central Idaho. No Business lookout it was called. There was this hippy and his girlfriend hired out there. We offered them a beer and they offered weed. We hung out a while and when we were leaving the hippy says, " On your way off the mountain, look for red and white mushrooms, they will get you high. But don't pick the white and red ones, they will kill you!"

  43. I'm a novice firewood cutter (for myself), and small time logger. I have a neighbor that is a genius, well, he thinks he is anyway. I'm not sure how he became such a genius and learned everything there is to know. Anyway, last week I was moving some firewood logs off mine with the skidsteer and he came over to ask me what kind of saws I run. I pointed to the stump where my Husqvarna 576XP and Stihl MS460 Magnum were setting, and told him I run a little of everything. If I'm trimming I'll use my MS250, and if I'm feeling nostalgic I'll use one of my old McCulloch SP700's. He then tells me he wa
