You're comparing full size truck mileage to that of a sedan, apples and oranges.

Our Escort got 32 if you were driving hard, 35+ if you were easy on it, but that was about half worthless unless you were just going from a to b.

Imperial gallons or US gallons? There is about a 20% difference which would bring US mileage up to 24 MPG Imperial.

MARK,

CHECK OUT THE CENEX IN CHEHALIS (153 NW State St ) LOOKS LIKE THEY HAVE GAS PUMPS.LAST I KNEW CENEX WAS STILL SELLING STRAIGHT GAS,BOUGHT SOME YESTERDAY IN ISSAQUAH, HAVE ONLY BEEN BY 1 OTHER IT WAS SAME THING,NO ETHANOL.

I HAVE BEEN THINKING ABOUT RE JETTING THE Q-JET (MORE GAS) ON GASHOG GMC TO SEE IF I CAN GET IT TO RUN ON THE JUNK THAT IS EVERY WHERE ELSE WITH OUT RETARDING MY TIMING.WILL NOT RUN ON PREMIUM ETHANOL BLEND WITH OUT MASS PINGING IF I AM PULLING A HILL ON FREEWAY.

TAKE CARE AND HAVE A GOOD ONE!

PAUL
