Cud Cadet 1812

Recommended Posts

Is a Cud Cadet 1812 the same as the red 782?  I saw one for sale and thought it looked similar.  Thanks in advance.

1812 would be latest version with front hydraulic and Kohler Magnum 18. I tired to find a new one in 1990,  but ended up with a 1811. That's when the Cyclops series (186x,15xx) started with composite hood & side panels.

1810 is a 682 equivalent ( manual lift )

1811 is a 782 ( hydraulic lift )

1812 should have hydraulic lift and an extra pair of couplers up front for power angle blade.

This is all if my memory is correct as I haven't been doing any cadets in 20+ years

You are correct.  There was also an 1806 with the Cub 3-speed and creeper drive.  Highest HP tractor ever built with the 3-speed.  It was pretty rare.
