  1. Long time forum member passes away.

This is "Chub's" son posting. He truly loved posting and getting to know every member he could reach. The hat thing that I totally forgot about, it will be at the wake, funeral and forever hung in our home as a remembrance of the good people you truly are. Thanks for the kind words in the previous and the future following posts. The web link to dads arrangements follow, if you can make it fine, if you can't just start your tractor be it red, orange or any other color you enjoy and say thank you to "Chub". http://www.jacksonfuneral.com/obituaries/Laverne-Meyer/

  12. WHAT IS ONE WORTH?

Didn't realize they were right hand drive and there was different configurations. Only one I ever have seen was Clyde Berkshire's [RIP] and i do remember him putting a crank in the right side of it to start it. It started easy and ran well. nosih- your's is really a beauty!!!
  13. WHAT IS ONE WORTH?

Thanks for the answers. Sorry I had no picture, but others obliged. Neither I or the man I had a conversation with that sparked this question would be a buyer. So it was a matter of couriosity [sp.] to both of us and I ventured this would be a place to ask. Issues kept me from LaPorte, but I had heard there was several at that show. Still a rare item though. I imagine there is a few gathering years of dust, too. Once again thanks for the replies.
  14. WHAT IS ONE WORTH?

Question came up at a discussion as to what one would be worth? Have any changed hands at auction lately?
  15. Lost a Great IH collector

I have been to Clyde's place several times. Every time I saw something I had missed, and then the nice visit.. Truly a loss to all IH collectors. He had so many things. Was never to his farm, but was told lots there too-------especially LP tractors. Sorry he has Passed, chub.
