I love those well made IH history video clips on YouTube!

Search for " International Scout-Australian TV commercial"

(I am sorry but I am not computer literate enough to do that "click-link" thing for YouTube clips)

This should direct you to a mid 1960s TV commercial for the Australian assembled International Scout.
The commercial was filmed in black and white because Australia only had black & white TV until the early 1970s.

The Scout was sold in Australia only in 4WD form and as a "no frills" work vehicle.
The Scout was sold against the British Land-Rover and the Japanese Toyota Land Cruiser.
