Start a reply. Click the pink button labeled More Reply Options.
Place some text if you wish.
To add a picture:
1: Choose File
2: Attach This File
3: Preview Post (at the bottom in pink section next to Add Reply)
It is important to scroll down as stuff appears kinda far down the page.
You must hit Preview to have the picture show as attached. It did upload, you just can't see it.
The uploaded picture thumbnail will appear below the text box, just above Attach Files button.
Now repeat for each additional picture.
1: Choose File
2: Attach This File
3: Preview Post
You can position a picture just like before, by clicking on Add to Post (in the blue section across from the thumbnail). Place the cursor in the textbox where it needs to go and click.
Place more text if you wish. Edit ad nauseum.

Under Attach This File button if you see "Try our advanced uploader (requires Flash 9)" then click it. Small letters in blue.
Page will refresh, but now you will see "Choose Files..." button.
The Choose Files... button will let you pick a file and it will automatically upload it. The page will update and you thumbnail will appear. Place it like normal, or choose more files if you wish.
This is a rig I'm glad I don't own.

This is with the fancy uploader. It works if your firewall doesn't interfere.

File size can't be bigger than 500 KB (kilobytes)
So you're saying my pics are too big just forget about it?

They just have to be under 500k. For Windows, get a resizer. Right click and boom, new file pretty much the size you asked for. Same name as original (but extended) sitting right next to original. There is a thread here somewhere about one for Win 7 etc.
That's fine for a 'pooter genius which I am not.
Too bad this site isn't user friendly.
