I got a picture of the farm from them last year. I asked if they had any of this farm and he said, "well, lets see". He told me to get on the computer, go to a certain sight and then he asked my a couple of questions about where the farm is located. All of the the sudden a picture of a neighbors farm showed up on my screen. He asked if this was my farm and I told him that it was a neighbor to the east. "How about this one?" Yup, that's my place. I asked if he knew what year it was from. He said it was 1974. Asked if they had any other years and he said 1969. That's the one I was looking for, The year I was born. I bought a big one of that year and he threw in a smaller picture of '74, after we haggled of course.

I got a photo from them of my place from 1966, it was cool to see what the place looked like then. Lots of changes. I also have one from the 80's and '06. The photo was nice but I thought they were a little pricey.

I was going to do that until i found out what it was going to cost. Am i right to say the smaller photo was almost $400.00? Been almost a year since i talked to him, so i might be way off.

We have 5 areials photo of the farmstead that we have purchased over the years. Earliest was taken circa 1948, latest about 2 years ago. Interesting to see the changes over the years.

I just got off the phone with Carl from vintage, and he found a pile of pics from this area from the early 80's, just so happens that one of them was of my farm.
It'll fill in the blanks very nicely, we have one from the 70's that was left here, and one more recent from 2009.

Yup, that's exactly what he did.
Kinda interesting some of the stuff I got to see, one place has had the same junk car sitting in the same spot since, well, that pic was taken!
There's some places around here, from the road, look really nice. From the air, not so nice (they are just as junky as the trashy dumpy places, just hide their junk better).
