C152 engine in a W4?

Is the engine in a W4 standard a C152. I just got some new piston rings for this engine and they seem to have a lot of play in the grooves. Even more than the originals that have been in since 1953! Whats the rod bolt torque for this same engine? Thanks in advance.

Yes..W-4 = C152 engine

Super W-4 = C164 engine

Sorry, cannot help you with engine rebuilding specs..don't have them
